Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Danube and the historical center. While the rooms were small and somewhat claustrophobic, they were a nice size and the staff arranged a fan to help with the heat. The service was excellent and friendly, especially accommodating special requests. Dining options were varied, and the location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fantastic, right by the marketplace and main shopping street on the Pest side, but the rooms were a bit small and felt cramped. The service was relaxed yet attentive, which was good, but the dining experience left much to be desired with guests nearly fighting over food.
The hotel was compact but clean and tidy, perfect for a short break. The room was smaller than expected with uncomfortable beds and pricey TV viewing, yet it offered good storage and lovely decor. The pictures didn't do justice to the actual room.
The hotel had very comfortable and clean rooms, although they were a bit small. The staff, while generally polite and friendly, had some moments of rudeness possibly due to communication issues. The location was brilliant, being at the corner of the main walking street and near the National Museum. The dining experience was enjoyable with plenty of delicious options to start the day. The facilities were well-equipped and satisfying overall, offering a good value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was clean and modern, but facing the inside wall of the hotel. The service was helpful and kind overall, although there was an incident of barging into the room without knocking. The location was great, near the city center and attractions. The dining experience offered plenty of choices, but it could get busy during peak hours.
The hotel offers more than perfect rooms for the price, especially the breakfast with a lot of varieties. However, the rooms are quite small and old-fashioned, including a TV around 15 years old.
The hotel is perfectly located, close to the main attractions and with excellent tram services nearby. The rooms are compact but well-equipped with essential amenities, especially the lifesaving AC during the scorching Budapest summer. The tidiness and daily replenishment of the refreshing mini bar were a nice touch, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, the rooms are smaller compared to North American standards.
My stay at the hotel was generally comfortable and convenient. The location was perfect for my needs, being right in the center with easy access to various attractions; however, the room had some issues like twin beds pushed together with a gap in the mattresses. The service was excellent, with staff promptly addressing any mishaps. The dining experience was below average, but the facilities were satisfactory.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with a comfortable room and welcoming service. The location was superb, close to various attractions, although the dining experience was a bit inconsistent. Overall, a good value for the money.
